Note: only fixed cabinetry/air con unit are included.  All other internal assets pictured will be removed.
All services/air con units will be disconnected by the Vendor. 
The Buyer is responsible for all building dismantling and transport costs.  Site must be left clean and tidy.  It is not a requirement to remove steel stumps, these can be left onsite.
Vendor has advised Building is 2x Screwed Together Not One Full Building 

REMOVAL IS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 29TH MARCH.
